🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
At INTIMORA, your comfort and satisfaction matter the most. Since lingerie is an intimate product, we maintain strict hygiene standards and request you to kindly go through our policy before placing an order.
1. Returns
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any panty products once delivered, unless there is a wrong size delivered.
- For Bra, returns are accepted if the requests are made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Exchanges
We do allow size exchanges only for Bra under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The tags and original packaging are intact.
- The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Process for Exchange
- Contact us via 📱 WhatsApp or 📩 Email with your order details.
- Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the pickup or you can ship the product back to us as paid on delivery.
- After inspection, we will send you the requested size (subject to availability).
4. Non-Exchangeable Products
- Panties, packs of panties, pack of bra's and any discounted/clearance products are not eligible for exchange.
- Sports bras and padded bras may be exchanged for size issues only.
5. Refunds
- We currently do not offer refunds for any Exchange requests, order will be processed only in the form of a replacement product of the same style.
- For Refunds on Bra returns, it will be credited back to source account in 7 working days, after item is received at our warehouse with all the original packaging, tags intact & once it passes quality checks, item should be unused, unwashed.
6. Delivery Costs
- INTIMORA will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
