What is INTIMORA’s Cancellation Policy?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll process your cancellation within 1–12 hours of receiving your request. Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

When will I receive my refund?

• For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable.
• For online payments, the refund will be credited back to your source account within 5–7 working days from the time the cancellation is confirmed.
