What is INTIMORA’s Cancellation Policy?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll process your cancellation within 1–2 hours of receiving your request. Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

When will I receive my refund?

For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable.
For online payments, refund is applicable only against store coupon code, from the time the cancellation is confirmed.
We will share your store coupon via email for the product value of your order (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).

The coupon code will remain valid for 90 days and can be used toward any purchase at www.shopintimora.com.

As store coupon code is issued in place of a cancellation/return, purchases made using it are not eligible for further returns or exchanges
