• Innerwear products (including panties, bra sets, lingerie sets, and related items) are NOT eligible for return or exchange once delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• We request customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.
• We do allow size exchanges only for Bra under the following conditions:
  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The tags and original packaging are intact.
  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

Process for Exchange

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the pickup or you can ship the product back to us as paid on delivery.
