Returns & Exchange Policy
At INTIMORA, we take great care to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Due to the intimate nature of innerwear products, we follow strict hygiene standards.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- Innerwear products (including panties, bra sets, lingerie sets, and related items) are NOT eligible for return or exchange once delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- We request customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.
- We do allow size exchanges only for Bra under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The tags and original packaging are intact.
- The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Briefs, panties, lingerie, shapewear, and other intimate apparel
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We do accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Incorrect product delivered
Process for Exchange
Contact us via 📱 WhatsApp or 📩 Email with your order details.
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the pickup or you can ship the product back to us as paid on delivery.
Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Clear images/videos must be shared for verification
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

- Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
